Please Note: Signs can only be installed on grass or soil. Signs cannot be set up on artificial turf, river rock, concrete or xeriscaping. *If no grass or suitable area is available, our Wooden Stand Upgrade ($) may be reserved* Surprise Garden Greetings is a yard sign rental service, clients do not get to keep the signs.

Delivery/Set up/Pick up

You can expect delivery and set up of your Surprise Garden Greetings on your preferred delivery day. We will pick up the same day after 7pm.

Payment

You will receive a PayPal invoice by email (PayPal account not required). Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking. We also accept e-transfer (preferred)

Rental Policy

Lawns are required. If no lawn is available, our Wooden Stand Upgrade ($$) may be reserved.
WE CANNOT INSTALL ON HARD GROUND. This includes: River rock, artificial turf, gravel, bark mulch or xeriscaping.
Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation.
For the safety of everyone, please do not play on/around the greeting.
Please water your lawn for a min of 30 FULL MINUTES the morning of your scheduled greeting date. With the exception of winter and early spring months.
Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.
Please remove dog poop from the display area - we greatly appreciate this!
If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), or loss of signs occur, you may be invoiced for replacements.
Please do not dispose of any signs.
Please do not keep balloons on or near the sign, if the balloons happen to pop, they can damage the signs.
Please cancel lawn services while the greeting is installed

Surprise Garden Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking.
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, snowstorms, heavy rain and high winds. You will receive a full refund in this case.
No refunds will be given: if we are given the incorrect delivery address; the recipient of a gifted greeting asks us to remove the greeting; if we are denied access to a gated community; if hard ground prevents us from setting up our signs (soft ground required, please see rental policy); if animals prevent us from delivery, if high winds or severe weather require the early removal of your greeting, or any circumstances that are out of our control.

Privacy Policy

Surprise Garden Greetings is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.
Any information we gather on this web site is strictly for our use and is not shared with any other entity, public or private, for any reason. We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.
We respect the privacy of personal email accounts and we store your email addresses just as securely as other personal information. We will not send you unwanted email messages or junk mail, and your details will not be passed to any organization beyond Surprise Garden Greetings, without your permission.
However, we will use email to inform you about promotional offers; to maintain your user account; to keep track of your order history; to respond to customer support inquiries and to tell you about changes to our Website. If you do not want to be kept informed in this way by email, please email us, we would be happy to remove you.
Surprise Garden Greetings reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken of the installed sign, without the expressed written permission of the client/. Surprise Garden Greetings may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used including but not limited to: brochures, social media, books, newspapers, magazines, websites, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names, address or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
If you do not wish to have the image recorded for distribution you should make your wishes known to Surprise Garden Greetings in writing to: surprisegardengreetings@gmail.com
By booking this service or by failing to notify Surprise Garden Greetings, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Surprise Garden Greetings from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Surprise Garden Greetings may not use, copy, alter or modify photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission

Hazardous Conditions Hazardous weather conditions may make it impossible to deliver Surprise Garden Greetings. Delivery will be rescheduled, or a full refund will be issued.
By placing an order/booking with Surprise Garden Greetings, you agree to all policies stated above.
